    The debit order for January went off successfully. I signed up for a contract of R286 a month with TELKOM. However I was debited R486.94. I want my R200.94 refunded IMMEDIATELY!!! They can’t even tell me why I was debited that much. I want my refund. No one from Telkom has contacted me to this day!

    I made arrangements for my contract to be fixed!!!!!!!!!!
