After several calls to Autopage, which I made, being promised that a manager will contact me immediately to assist me, having had to resort to complaining on Hellopeter.com on Monday, still more calls at my expense, more empty promises, then posting my complaint to Facebook and being told that I will be assisted, I still wait… Today is a whole month since I requested my uopgrade and almost 3 weeks since I was suppose to have received my device. I am in the service industry and I should mention that my clients could not be bothered by my diffuclties and challanges, all they expect is to get what they pay for… Not so with Altech, where I pay without fault, but they could not be bothered to deliver ANY service. I am extremely upset at this poor to no show of service… After being a client for 6 years about R36,000-00 worth of spend, I am reaching a point of cancelling all services with Autopage and I will be sure to let every single person I know and…[Read more]

    We had a upgrade in aug and received new modem and laptop. Suddenly our bill was R4800. We have never went over our limit so this was strange. My modem was send back to autopage and the technical dept advised the branch that the modem is indeed faulty. They advised us that vodacom says we must pay because the usage was used.
