    It will be 2 months now that I am without my new phone. It was delivered on 3/9… never worked. I have record of 45 calls and 11 e-mails made to Cell C.     I have been complaining about the lack of reception at my house for both voice and data for close to 2 years. Finally after about 10 calls a technician was sent to my house to test the signal, which was a month ago.     On 26 January I bought the 5Gig broadband package with the promise that I will have un-interrupted internet acces from home.

    I was also told that:
