Once you bought the car there is no after sales customer service. After various complaints and email correspondence I am still sitting with a car that I can’t use. It seems like they do not want to or can not repair the vehicle. Now the just give me the run around.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a 2009 Renault Koleos 2.0 DCI 4X4 from Renault Centurion. When the vehicle was purchased I informed Renault Centurion’s representatives that a trustworthy vehicle is essential, as it is one of the terms of my employment. I took my renault clio in for a service on friday 11 February at Renault Bryanston. Because my boot cover had been damaged last year at the car’s service at Renault Northcliff, I took photos of the car the morning while they were doing the inspection – just in case.
