  1. Directly after writing this article Neotel removed the 10GB and 15GB packages from their site. Can’t believe I had to create a whole complaint site just to get them to comply.

  2. Sorry but the game is changing. Companies use reputation management firms to bury consumer complaints. They use their FB pages and fake consumer websites to collect your vents and keep them contained. Some companies factor dissatisfaction into their business model. It is cheaper to ignore a good chunk of customers than to replace defective products or issue refunds. Decent companies that care about customers have good customer service departments and it is not very difficult to get them to respond. Twitter is far more effective than FB, by the way, because more business people use it. Executives are concerned by what other executives think, and that may motivate them to respond to you.
