    And the bad service continue. I had now several calls from Neotel and promises but still no action. They promissed a technician to come to my house and resolve the issue, that was 3 weeks ago. I dont know, maybe they have sent a ghost to my house, because I didn’t see anybody from Neotel. At this stage I think they are stalling, because without a visit from a tech, I cant cancel my contract.

    • Good luck with the cancelation. They will do everything in their power to make sure you pay for the cancelation. They charged me over R2000 to cancel even though they were in the wrong!

    • Telkom is not much better. Spent 5 weeks trying to get them to fix a non-functional telephone and ADSL line for a business. Good luck.
