    Complaint against Glocell .I upgraded on 30 November 2017 and I was told that I would receive an iPhone 8
    64 GB Space Grey in color within 2 to 4 weeks. I never received the phone. Upon
    enquiry I was told that they have no stock which was not told to me on my application
    date, (how can a company sell something whilst they do not have stock or at least inform the buyer of the situation.) I then phone the call center and was told that everyone was on vacation and I
    receive the phone within a week, I never did. I again phoned customer service and
    they either transfer me to another operator or cat me of. I send them various email
    and only got a reply that either they are out of stock or I will receive feedback within
    48 hours or an agent will contact me. Not one contacted me up until current date or
    gave me an estimated time on which I will receive the phone. I even requested to
    cancel the contract but no response. I never in my live encountered more horrible or unprofessional service in my life. Everyone who are tempted to upgrade or sign a new contract with Glocell I will highly recommend that you don’t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
