Vodacom 9 years, 4 months agoI want to know why am I billed for lines that are not used and for expired lines?I also want to know if Vodacom ever pays REFUNDS?I have been waiting for mine since June 2012.

I posted a complaint yesterday about the bad service I experienced on my 8.ta sim card case number4032154.I am surprised that it was deleted,it does not appear anywhere.Nobody has up untill todate has called to explain to me.I am also still waiting for Balungile to send me the itemised billing as per her request

Telkom 9 years, 4 months agoLast week Thursday I loaded R50.00 airtime and was given another R50.00.After using the phone on Friday ,my balance was. R21.04 free airtime+ my R53.45.On Sat I checked my bal ,it was the same R21.04&R53.45.because of experience I always check my bal before and after making a call.To my surprice I only had R26.56 only.I called telkom. and spoke…[Read more]

This is so so true.Im one of those people.Vodacom owes me a refund since June 2012 todate.There’s one Ashwin who took my money.
